Choose the celebration that fits your plans - a single day or the full weekend. 
Single day rentals are yours from 9am-midnight. 
Full weekend celebrations include exclusive access to the full estate from 9am on Friday until noon on Sunday 
A $395 non-refundable retainer and signed contract reserve your date.

Oak & Ivory co-owner Mia is also the photographer behind Blissful Lens, with more than 15 years of experience capturing weddings and the people behind them.
Couples who choose Blissful Lens for their Wedding photography receive $450 off any wedding collection - with the added benefit of a photographer who knows the estate, the light and all the spaces that make it special.

Hospitality Attendant $350

Ensures the venue remains pristine and guest-ready throughout your event by maintaining restrooms, refreshing amenities, managing waste, and promptly addressing any spills or needs that arise.

Bar Service $650

A curated beverage service fee ensures a refined and seamless bar experience for you and your guests. This includes TABC certified bartender and required on-site security.

Event Setup and Restore Service $650

Includes seamless setup and post-event breakdown of all tables and chairs, ensuring a polished and effortless experience.
